1 General Introduction and Applicability

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at khela88 is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — the bonus amount of ৳2,000 must then be wagered 25 times, i.e. ৳50,000 in bets, before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement is met. Bonuses are only usable in specified game categories — the relevant games or categories will be listed in the promotion details.

4.3 VIP Cashback

khela88's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week; and Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week. For example, a Silver member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 would receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to earn bonuses, placing artificial bets, or using any other fraudulent method is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses cancelled.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

All bets depend on a reasonable internet connection and the platform functioning correctly. khela88 reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of a technical error, incorrectly displayed odds, or unusual betting patterns.

5.2 Odds and Results

Published odds may change at any time. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is placed are final. Winnings will be added to the balance after the event result has been confirmed by the relevant authority (cricket board, FIFA, etc.).

5.3 In-Play Betting

In in-play betting, odds change rapidly during a match. If a bet is submitted after an event has already concluded due to internet delay, it will be cancelled.

5.4 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum win limit for a single bet or event may vary by game category and competition. This limit will be stated on the relevant game or event page.

6 Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

6.1 General Prohibitions

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
